Partner FAQ
What exactly is the 25% calculated on?
Collected seat fees excluding VAT. Call usage and number rentals are pass-through costs with almost no margin, so they are excluded. Managed outbound referrals are scoped separately, talk to us.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly by bank transfer, 30 days in arrears, once referrals pass the 30-day money-back window (so refunded seats never pay out). £50 minimum payout; smaller balances roll over.
How is attribution decided?
First touch wins: the first partner link clicked in the 90 days before signup. Self-referrals never qualify.
Do I have to be a Ringby customer?
To earn the partner discount on your own account, yes, with an active subscription. To refer, no, but every strong partner we have uses the product.
What conduct do you require?
No spam (PECR and GDPR apply to your outreach too), no bidding on the Ringby brand in paid search, no misrepresenting the product or the offer. Breach pauses payouts and ends the partnership.
